Scope of Work:
Insitu proposes a “Change Analysis Planning Process” (CAPP) database and application that will compile and manage “Proposed System Design Changes” for collecting proposal attributes, performing functions (sorting, filtering, etc.), conducting what-if scenarios to establish priorities and establishing overall ranking to enable decision making (budget distribution, project planning, team priority)

Outcome
After visiting the client location to demonstrate the final application to INSITU and NAVAIR, the stakeholders were very impressed with the outcome. All the users were very excited to start using this application. We are currently meeting with INSITU to create an identical application for another team.
